We played with rice. Fun and messes ensued. Scooping, pouring, and writing in rice with the wrong end of a colored pencil.

It matches the ones I made for Molly and Frances!
I saved the ultrasound pic for Molly's.

I got an iced mocha this week. I'm going to be honest and say it was... warm. So warm, in fact, that the tiny bit of whipped cream they did give me? That was gone in 60 seconds.
Sad day.
Question. Do you give them another chance? It's like getting a bad haircut, and then going back to the same stylist the next month.
So let-down. You probably feel more ripped off in that case, though...
I think yes, I'll probably be giving them another chance, as they are located around the corner from our house.
But if it happens again, I'm going to nicely tell them. "This iced mocha is warm. Can you give me a little bit more whipped cream, too please?" Just so we're talking on the same page.

wow, i admire you for making a scrapbook and finishing it. I once started making one for my daughter but I guess I only manage to fill 2 pages. :)

Way to go on finishing 3 scrapbooks! How/when do you get them done? I have started some but then get overly perfectionistic and lose momentum.
I get them at Hobby Lobby and they are the pre-assembled kind. It takes about 2 hours to do an entire scrapbook. Look for them there- they're awesome! :)
I did these over the past 5 years, though. I'm just glad they still sell them at Hobby Lobby.
